Production technologies

NGLTech surface-production technologies address low-pressure wells, liquids carried in low-pressure gas and produced sand, then integrate each response into the host facility.

How they connect

One production system, from wells to host.

How NGLTech technologies connect in a production systemCandidate wells feed a Sep-iSYS Desander that removes produced sand at line pressure, then an Enhanced LPPU that boosts the low-pressure stream toward the production header at the host facility. Low-pressure gas from the host can pass through an Enhanced LP-CRS that recovers condensate, which returns to the host, before the gas moves onward. Selected stage

Sand out first.

The Sep-iSYS Desander removes produced sand from the full wellstream at line pressure.

Protects downstream valves, vessels and rotating equipment. Particle-size distribution is the critical screening input.

Wider portfolio

Separation, slug management, stabilisation, well testing and sand handling.

Offered today

Sep-iSYS™ Separator

Slugs, sand and liquid carry-over handled in one compact inlet train.

Offered today

Slug Suppression

Holds the design slug and sends a steadier stream onward to separation.

Project engineered

Crude Stabilisation

Turns raw well fluid into storage- or export-ready crude, configured per duty.

Offered today

EWT / EPS

Extended well testing and early production from one engineered module before a permanent facility is available.

Companion system

Sand Wash System

Water-driven removal of oil from collected sand, engineered around the disposal route and applicable regulation.

Engineering capability

Sand Hydro-transport

Removal of settled sand from separators and vessels.

Offered as Enhanced LPPU™

Sep-iSYS™ LPPU

The LPPU platform, installed offshore from 2014. The same platform is offered today as the Enhanced LPPU™.

Engineering studies

VOC-RS™

Vapour recovery for cargo and storage-tank vents, taken to engineering studies: recovered heavy ends return to the tanks as product. Recognised with an OTC Asia Spotlight on New Technology award in 2020.

From enquiry to project

How a technology enquiry becomes a project.

  1. 01 · Screening

    Share the operating data

Leave unknowns blank. NGLTech identifies whether the duty is a candidate, not a candidate, or needs more data.

  2. 02 · Engineering

    Study and define the duty

Screening, simulation, site interfaces and an agreed design basis turn the mechanism into a project-specific configuration.

  3. 03 · Delivery

    Agree the delivery route

Depending on the technology and duty: a service campaign, lease, design and supply, defined EPC package, engineering service or licensing arrangement.
